Mr. Veith focuses his practice on workers’ compensation, employment law, appellate advocacy and civil litigation in Virginia federal and state courts and in the District of Columbia.  He attended Wheeling College and received a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law.  Prior to joining Godwin, Erlandson and Daney, Mr. Veith served as Principal at the law firm of Montedonico, Hamilton & Altman and Of Counsel at Bancroft, McGavin, Horvath & Judkins.  He is a member of the Virginia (1980) and District of Columbia (1981) bars and is admitted to the following courts: U.S. Court of Appeals, 4th Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Virginia Supreme Court, Virginia Court of Appeals, and District of Columbia Court of Appeals.  Mr. Veith is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association, District of Columbia Bar, and Northern Virginia Defense Lawyers Association.  He has contributed to a number of lectures, seminars, and publications regarding Workers’ Compensation law in Virginia and the District of Columbia.  Email: This email address is being protected from spambots.
