Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University (2006).  Ms. Garland began her career as an Assistant Public Defender with the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender.  She has been in the private practice of law since 2012.  She has litigated and tried numerous jury trials, bench trials, hearings and appeals.  Ms. Garland is a member of the Maryland Bar Association (2006) and the Montgomery County Bar Association (2012).  She has a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (2006) and is admitted to the bars of Maryland (2006) and the District of Columbia (2013).
